We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Pokhara branch. The branch manager will play a pivotal role in guiding students towards their dreams of studying abroad and will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute branch strategies to achieve revenue and enrollment targets.

2. Provide expert guidance to students on study abroad programmes, universities, and application procedures.

3. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Conduct market research, implement marketing strategies, and collaborate with the head office.

5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, especially in visa applications.

6. Prepare and manage the branch budget and monitor financial performance.

7. Build and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions.

8. Resolve conflicts and challenges in a professional and timely manner.

9. Prepare regular reports on branch performance and share them with the head office.

10. Identify areas for improvement and take initiatives to enhance service quality.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education consulting or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Deep knowledge of international education and study abroad opportunities
• Financial management and budgeting skills.
• A proven track record of achieving targets and goals.
